The police chief calls Stebic's husband, Craig, a suspect in Lisa's disappearance. Stebic has denied involvement.
"We feel that we have put together a lot of good information and our case is good we just need a few important pieces of information to complete our puzzle," said Chief Don Bennett Plainfield Police.
"We need justice, we need closure we need to find what was done with lisa and we need the person responsible for it brought to justice," said Don Zimmerman, Stebic's cousin.
Lisa and Craig Stebic were going through a divorce when she disappeared.
