May 14, 2009 --Serves 42 ea Corn on the cob, shucked, cut in half
4 pcs Bacon slices
3 oz Butter
3 tsp Chipoltle peppers, chopped
2 tbsp Cilantro
as needed salt and pepper
Using a whole saw cut approx 2 inches off of the corn cob.
Rub corn cob with butter, chipotle peppers, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Wrap remaining corn on the cob with bacon slice.
Wrap corn in foil and cook on the grill until tender.
