Police are seeking the identity of a man described as dark skinned and believed to be in his early to mid 20s, 6' to 6'3" tall, with a medium build and short, cropped hair. The woman is described as medium skinned, possibly Hispanic or bi-racial, in her early to mid 20s, 5'5" to 5'7" tall with long black hair.
