Michigan Ave. vandalism charges upgraded

May 21, 2009 (CHICAGO) Police say he threw concrete at the Apple Store on North Michigan Avenue on Tuesday night and damaged a window. After that he allegedly threw a table through a window at Rosebud restaurant on North Rush Street.

Grilly was initially charged with a misdemeanor. Prosecutors say the charges have upgraded to felonies.

In the meantime, Chicago police are still looking for the man who stole about $15,000 Wednesday night from the Forever 21 store on North Michigan.
