Cook County Board President Todd Stroger vetoed a second attempt to rollback the Cook County sales tax on Friday. Earlier this week, county commissioners voted to reduce last year's one percent tax increase to just a quarter of a percent.

Stroger once again vetoed the measure saying a large tax rollback could mean a reduction of vital county services.
