St. Pauli Girl N.A.Sauce for Po Boy 1 cup mayo 3oz. Cholula Hot Sauce 2 oz. capers 1oz. chili sauce Juice of 1/2 lemon
Combine all. 3oz. Rock shrimp, cleaned 3oz. Brazilian lobster tail, cleaned and cut Large Dice 6 oz. all purpose flour 1tsp garlic powder 1tsp onion powder 3 cups canola, heated for frying Salt and white pepper to taste Sliced dill pickle Sliced tomato Shredded lettuce Po boy sauce 6in French roll
To make the seasoned flour combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Coat the shrimp and lobster, and fry in canola oil. In a bowl toss with a few tbsp. of the boy sauce, and place all on French roll.
