Nine people- including one suspect- were injured. The extent of their injuries is not known.
Three people were taken into custody after the crash in Englewood. Officials said they have recovered a gun. No charges have been filed.
Three in custody following chase, crash
May 28, 2009 (CHICAGO) According to officials, gunshots were fired from a Nissan Pathfinder in Pilsen. Officers began chasing the suspect's car, but called off the pursuit a short time later, police said. However, the suspect continued on and crashed while exiting the Dan Ryan Expressway. That Pathfinder crashed into a church bus and another vehicle near 75th and Vincennes.
