June 7, 2009 They will discuss the state's $11.6 billion dollar budget deficit, the failure of the legislature to agree on a balanced budget, the prospects of doing so before the new state fiscal year begins July 1, whether the Republicans will agree to a tax hike, whether a hike should be permanent or just for one or two years, whether voters will and should blame the majority Democrats for the impasse, etc.
