Blues fans got an early sampling on Monday of what's coming at this weekend's 26th annual Chicago Blues Festival in the Loop.Aron Burton and his band took the stage at Daley Plaza for a set of traditional blues. Burton will be among the lineup at this year's festival.
Other highlights will include a tribute to Robert Nighthawk , a birthday party for Eddie C. Cambell, and a performance by soul great Betty Lavette.
It is the world's largest free blues festival.
Music starts at noon on Friday in Grant Park and runs until 9:30 pm each night through Sunday.
