Blago trial date set; aides eye guilty pleas

June 25, 2009 The former governor did not appear at the Thursday morning hearing at the Dirksen Federal Building.

Standing trial are Blagojevich; his brother, Robert; William Cellini and Christopher Kelly. All four are charged with federal corruption.

Thursday's hearing comes as two men charged in the case are considering changing their pleas. Alonzo Monk and John Harris both have pleaded not guilty to scheming to pressure people for campaign contributions.

Attorneys for both of them say they may be ready to change their pleas to guilty..
