Chicago journalist remembered

Funeral services for legendary Chicago journalist John Callaway were held Sunday afternoon. The services were at Rockefeller Memorial Chapel at the University of Chicago. Callaway died of a heart attack last Tuesday in Wisconsin.

Callaway was a college drop-out who began his career at City News Bureau in Chicago. He was also the founder and long-time host of 'Chicago Tonight' on WTTW and won more than 60 journalism awards during his career. He retired 10 years ago.

John Callaway was 72 years old.
