Homemade Cornbread

3 cups & 1 cup - Pastry Flour & Bread Flour (may use just all purpose flour)
2 tsp.- Kosher salt
1 ½ cup ? sugar
1 cup - creamed corn
2 cups ? cornmeal
2 Tbsp. ? baking powder
4 - eggs
2 cups melted butter
1 cup ? heavy cream
1 cup ? whole milk

Preparation

-Whisk all dry ingredients together

-Whisk all wet ingredients together

-Combine and fold together for 2 minutes with a rubber spatula

-Line a hotel pan with parchment paper, and spray with Pam or other non- stick spray

-Spread evenly in hotel pan

-Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until center is firm
