The Schaumburg Flyers Baseball Club hosted a challenge game against the women of the Chicago Bandits. The Bandits are the 2008 National Pro Fastpitch League champions.
Softball rules applied on Monday night which means pitchers use the underhand windmill pitch.
The game was sold out.
In the end girl power prevailed. The final score was Bandits 4, Flyers 2.
