Prosecutors say Yang shot and killed Rhoni Reuter in Deerfield back in 2007. Reuter was seven months pregnant. Authorities say Yang was jealous of Reuter and her pregnancy by Shaun Gayle.
The next court hearing is scheduled for September 14.
Murder suspect's lawyers request venue change
August 4, 2009 Marni Yang's attorneys claim that an episode of Dateline NBC which aired last Friday included interviews that could prejudice a jury. They are also asking a judge for a gag order.
