Mayor Daley attended the Airports Going Green Conference on Wednesday and was there to help unveil the Chicago Department of Aviation's new sustainable airport manual. The manual expands upon green airport design and construction guidelines from the previous one that was put out six years ago.
The new manual will include more information about airport planning, operations, maintenance, concessions and tenants. The Airports Going Green Conference runs through Friday.
