Four people shot at Gary restaurant

August 9, 2009 (GARY, Ind.) It is not clear at this time whether the victims were inside or outside of the restaurant located at 4th Avenue and Virginia.

Police have not released any further details or information on the victims' conditions.

One other person was shot and killed in Gary overnight at 22nd and Carver. Police say one person is in custody, but no charges had been filed Sunday evening.
