August 13, 2009 --Murder charges were filed this afternoon against two men accused of killing a clerk at a drive-in restaurant in Kenosha, Wisconsin.Julian "Blanco" Miller and Daniel "Cano" Gonzalez face life plus 188 years in prison if convicted.
The July 26th shooting at Shirl's Drive-In claimed the life of 18-year-old Robbie Wilde, a restaurant employee.
The assistant manager was also injured in the shooting.
Miller is accused of being the trigger man.
Both men remain behind bars.
