The trial is set to begin August 31. Degorski's co-defendant, Juan Luna, was convicted of murder in 2007.
Jury selection complete for Brown's Chicken trial
August 15, 2009 (CHICAGO) James Degorski is charged with killing seven people at the Palatine restaurant in 1993. Earlier this week, the judge and attorneys began questioning 150 prospective jurors in groups of ten. They wrapped up in a special session held Saturday because the judge is going on vacation.
