Apple introduces new iPod

Apple introduced a new iPod Nano music player and cut the price for other iPods. The new iPod Nano includes a video camera, a built-in microphone, an FM radio tuner and a pedometer.

It costs $149 or $179 depending on the model.

Apple also announced price cuts for its existing iPod Nano, Touch and classic models. Some have been reduced by as much as 30 percent.

The price of the larger iPod Touch has been cut by $120.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs made his first public appearance on Wednesday since receiving a liver transplant back in the spring.
