Investigators have released a sketch of the person they're looking for.
The girl told police she was walking on South Lockwood when a man stopped his blue cargo van and asked her if she wanted chocolate. When she told him no the man allegedly got out of the vehicle and tried to lure her in. The girl ran home.
Police are asking anyone with information to call them.
