Investigators say the suspect refused to drop his gun and pointed it at the officer. That's when the officer shot and killed the suspect, identified as 17-year-old Corey Harris.
The person shot at the start of all this is expected to be okay.

It happened after the officer says he saw the teen shooting someone near 69th and King Drive.
Police say the officer then chased the teen to the 6900-block of South Eberhart.
