It left Amarillo at 2:17 p.m. EDT, then stopped in Fort Worth at 3:15 EDT. It is expected to stay overnight at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, La.
The shuttle should reach Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Monday.
