She says the youths created a profile with her son's name, picture and actual cell phone number that was rife with sexual innuendo.
The suit also claims the youngsters posted statements to make the young man appear racist, including one about President Barack Obama.
The fake profile had at least 580 friends before it was removed.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
