A bit of Hollywood went to the suburbs Saturday for the second annual Naperville Independent Film Festival at the Hollywood Palms. The festival began last Saturday, featured movies from around the world, and wrapped up a week later.

Actress Karen Allen was there meeting her fans. The theatre was showing her movie, 'Raiders of the Lost Ark.'

Film critic Roger Ebert also attended Saturday night's award ceremony. He and his wife Chaz presented the award for the best student film to a Naperville native Brooke Hanson for her movie "Borderless".

"I'd really like to congratulate the Naperville Independent Film Festival, which is such a big success in its second year with films from all over the world," Ebert said.

Roger Ebert also signed copies of his books, and he received a key to the city of Naperville.
