Murdered teller's family gets an apology

October 8, 2009 (CHICAGO) In May of 2007 bank teller Tramaine Gibson was killed in a shootout at a South Side bank. Tuesday, Henry Bluford admitted he acted as a lookout -- but he insists he did not shoot Gibson.

Bluford apologized to the bank teller's father as he pleaded guilty to federal robbery and weapons charges. He said he is sorry and that the incident got "out of hand."

Bluford has reportedly agreed to testify against two other men involved in the crime. He and faces a 20-year prison sentence.
