Man wanted for harassing commissioner

Authorities are asking the public to help them find the man who's accused of making harassing telephone calls to a Cook County commissioner.Several messages were left on Deborah Sims' voicemail in September.

It was after she cast a deciding vote to keep a one percent increase in the county sales tax intact.

A warrant has been issued for Donald Stroh, who is described as a transient.

He's known to have lived at several residences in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, Lincolnwood and Itasca.
