Deadly shooting near Broadview bar

October 11, 2009 (CHICAGO) An officer heard gunshots coming from the alley behind the New Town Tap near Roosevelt Rd. and 17th Ave. at approximately 1 a.m. Saturday. He found two men had been shot.

Maurice Orange, 32, was taken to Loyola University Medical center in Maywood, where he died late Saturday. The second man sustained non-life-threatening wounds.

Broadview police say they are investigating the incident. No one was in custody Sunday night.
