Man convicted of faking death writes book

October 12, 2009 Marcus Schrenker faces trial next March for allegedly stealing more than $1 million in a financial scam.

In August, the money manager was sentenced to four years in prison on charges stemming from the crash last January.

Schrenker told the times of Munster that he was diagnosed as bipolar while he was a college student and that he sought treatment.

Prosecutors call Schrenker a habitual liar.
