Gary mayor, promoter to meet in Vegas

A museum to honor Michael Jackson could be headed to his childhood hometown.Gary, Ind., Mayor Rudy Clay is headed to Las Vegas where promoter Simon Sahouri will make an announcement next Wednesday regarding Jackson.

Neither man is revealing details, but Sahouri has reportedly been a friend of family patriarch Joe Jackson for years.

Clay says he is personally paying for the trip. He will also attend the National Conference Of Black Mayor's Convention while in Vegas.
