November 9, 2009 (CHICAGO) --Residents in Chicago's Mount Greenwood community are told to be alert after three people tried to lure a 14-year-old boy into their van. The boy told police a teenage male ordered him to get inside a mini-van with two other teens inside around 3 p.m. Friday near 107th and Hamlin on the Southwest Side.
The boy was able to run home. The suspects drove away.
The van is described as dark brown with dents and the rear windows were covered with vertical blinds.
Anyone with information should call Chicago police.
