December 2, 2009 (CHICAGO) --
Burial problems continue to plague a suburban Chicago cemetery where former workers are charged in a grave reselling scandal.Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart is recommending that Burr Oak Cemetery stop burials until cemetery officials have gone through all records.
Burr Oak reopened last month after being closed for nearly four months. Since then, cemetery officials have started to dig new graves and found remains.
Officials say they have no paperwork to help them to determine who these people were or when they were buried.
