Best in Dough submission: Roxane's Cookies

Recipe: Roxane's Cookies

Ingredients:
1 roll of refridgerator sugar cookie dough
1/4 cup chopped dried cherries
1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts
white chocolate

Thaw cookie dough and mix in by hand nuts and cherries. Roll cookies into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Cook according to package. Place baked cookies on racks to cool. Melt chocolate and dip half the cookie into the chocolate. I also add red and green christmas sprinkles on top of the chocolate to make them look more festive.
