Boy's family to hand out toys at hospital

December 16, 2009 (CHICAGO) Mark Staehely's family will hand out toys, games and other gifts to patients at theh hospital on Wednesday.

Mark started the toy drive several years ago after his first stem cell transplant at the hospital. He died from cancer in 2006, but his toy drive carries on.

Despite the economy, this year's effort netted the largest number of toys so far - about a half-million dollars worth.
