Statement by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn

He is an honest and trusted advisor who has worked with me for many years, including when I was Commissioner of the Board of Tax Appeals and Director of the Chicago Revenue Department. He is an expert on revenue matters and continues to assist me in developing fair and equitable tax policies in behalf of the people of our State."
