Could cell phone radiation prevent Alzheimer's?

January 7, 2010 Tests in mice suggest mobile phones actually protected the memories of mice programmed to get Alzheimer's.

The mice were exposed to the electro-magnetic field generated by a standard phone for one hour twice a day for about nine months.

Researchers reporting in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease say it will take some time to determine why the radiation improved brain function.

These surprise findings contradict some previous studies that suggest cell phones can cause Alzheimer's and brain cancer.
