PINZIMONIO (Olive Oil Dip)

Novello or freshly milled extra virgin olive oil is best enjoyed with autumn vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, leeks, squash, and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • To Taste Oil; Olive; Extra Virgin
  • To Taste Salt; Sea; freshly ground from a mill
  • To Taste Pepper; Black; freshly ground from a mill

    Method

    In a bowl combine the extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and mix using a spoon. Arrange the vegetables onto a platter and place the seasoned oil into a bowl. The vegetables are easily dipped into the olive oil dip and eaten immediately.
