Teen charged with vandalizing holiday displays

January 25, 2010 (CHICAGO) Mark Menolascino Junior, 17, of Montgomery faces felony charges of criminal property to damage.

Police in Montgomery say Menolascino damaged Christmas lights and decorations at several homes between December 12th and December 23rd.

One homeowner's surveillance camera captured video of one of the incidents. Police say Menolascino was identified from that video. He was arrested Friday morning.
