Kids make finals in peanut butter recipe competition

Two Chicago-area youngsters are competing to create the best peanut butter sandwich in the country. Ryan Jaskowski and Petula Walsh-Grant are among 12 finalists in an online recipe contest sponsored by a peanut butter maker.

Their sandwiches are not ordinary PB&Js. Petula, 10, uses peanut butter in her veggie sweet sloppy Joe. Ryan, 8, came up with a crispy fish-stick wrap with peanut sauce.

The contest winner doesn't work for peanuts; the prize is a $25,000 college scholarship.
