Uncommon Aphrodisiacs

February 11, 2010 9:40:42 AM PST
Many people believe that eating the right food can put you in the mood for love. That's why chocolates, wine and truffles are so popular around Valentine's Day. But almonds, mustard, fennel, honey and carrots can also be aphrodisiacs. Ancient history suggests these foods are also passion filled. This Valentine's Weekend, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago Executive Chef Kevin Hickey is serving up dinner and brunch menus inspired by many different aphrodisiac foods. He shares some of those ingredients and recipes with us. You can make these decadent recipes at home or enjoy the chef's creations at the Four Seasons http://www.fourseasons.com/chicagofs.
