The suits are part of a nationwide crackdown on job scams conducted by the Federal Trade Commission and in eight other states.
The lawsuits seek to stop both companies from engaging in modeling and talent services in Illinois and restitution for clients.
An associate at Glamour Model and Talent Agency would not comment on the suit. ABC7 was unable to reach anyone with the Latte Model and Talent Agency.
