The car they were in flipped over and hit a tree in Crest Hill January 30.
The driver was Juan Pinto. Also killed were Adolfo Bejarano, Shaun Kavanagh and Anthony Maniscalli, Junior.
All of the men were in their 20's and 30's.
Investigators say toxicologist tests are complete and Pinto had a blood-alcohol level that was three times the legal limit.
