Sesame noodle dish

2 tablespoon roasted sesame paste 1 teaspoon peanut butter 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon ginger chopped 1 tablespoon garlic chopped 1 tablespoon sriracha or other hot sauce Blend all together in food processor, then slowly add: 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon rice vinegar Taste for salt, sweet, fire and acid 1 carrot, peeled and shredded 12 pea pods, shredded 1 bag of Chinese yellow noodles, cooked and chilled. Daikon sprouts for garnish Place all ingredients except garnish in a bowl, add sauce and toss well. Garnish with sprouts.
