Olympic medalist Apolo Ohno visits Chicago school

The students at Smyth Elementary School were excited to see the speed skater fresh from his triumph in Vancouver.

Ohno is on a five-city tour to schools around the country in conjunction with the new Apolo Anton Ohno Foundation. He is encouraging children to take on a healthy lifestyle and say no to underage drinking.

Ohno also took part in an interactive game with the students.

"Everyone is faced with a lot of challenges in life, and a lot of times we get knocked down. A lot of times you fall down. And I'm trying to help you guys make sure that you can get back up. And you know that anything is possible in life," said Ohno.

During a question and answer session, some students received orange gift bags from the Ohno who is the most decorated winter Olympian in U.S. history.
