Amber Alert issued for two Decatur boys

Authorities say two children have been abducted from Decatur, Ill. It happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at 1942 East Cantrell Street.

One of the children, identified as J-Amarcus Upchurch, is a male black infant, 1 month old, 19 inches long, 8 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Police say he was last seen wearing a blue one-piece jumper.

The other child, Terry Antonio Smith, is a black male, 4-years-old, 3 ft. 6 inches tall, 60 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.

According to authorities, the children were last seen with two black male adults, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, faces covered, wearing dark clothing in a silver passenger car with the partial Missouri license UDG.

Police say the vehicle was last seen turning onto a side road off of Cantrell Street in Decatur.
