Danner and his wife lived in Minnesota. But investigators say they traveled across the country meeting men.
Danner was arrested in Chicago last weekend after his wife called a sex trafficking hotline.
Friday her parents said she told them a year ago that her husband was arranging sexual encounters for her.
The couples' neighbors said they had no idea what was going on.
"From what we could tell they seem like normal people, never really gave anything way that stuff like that was going on," said Landon Nordby, neighbor.
Danners parents told a Minneapolis TV station they were shocked by the charges.
