After several weeks of hearings, Judge Rene Goldfarb upheld the temporary restraining order issued against Joseph Reyes that prevents him from exposing his 3-year-old daughter to any other religion than the Jewish faith.
The judge is expected to issue a final ruling regarding the girl's custody next month.
