The undercover teacher has eaten and blogged about her school's $3 lunches since January. She plans to do it for the whole school year.
She calls herself Mrs. Q and does not want her face on camera. Her voice has also been altered.
"If you look at some of the meals, there's a lot of like sugar and carbs in there. And so, I feel like I burn through that quickly, and then I'm-- I'm hungry before dinner," said Mrs. Q.
She says she started her blog because 70-percent of her school's kids, like 31-million kids in America, are on the free lunch program. She contends airplane food is higher quality than the food served at her school.
