Lubos Albrecht, 22, was working in west suburban Wheaton as a nanny for three children. He was hired after posting an ad on the web site Craigslist. The children for whom he was caring were between the ages of 5 and 9.
Albrecht was arrested Wednesday afternoon. The FBI says he distributed thousands of files online showing pornographic images.
Albrecht has denied ever producing child pornography or molesting a child.
Albrecht is due in court Monday.
