William J. Hardy, 27, of the 2000-block of S. 15th Ave., Broadview, was pronounced dead at 12:02 a.m. Tuesday at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said.
Chicago police detectives and the Independent Police Review Authority are investigating.
