David Holtz, 69, was last seen on March 30 at his home, according to family members. Holtz, who suffers from dementia and depression, is believed to have walked away from the residence to an unknown destination.
Holtz is 6'01," weighs 170 pounds, has gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a beige winter coat, a blue polo shirt, and olive or brown pants.
